By accessing and using V-KORP services (websites, game servers, communication services, etc.), you agree and acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use, without reservation. These terms apply to all members and visitors of the V-KORP community.

Access to V-KORP services is restricted to members of the V-KORP community. You must be present on the community Discord, have played on our game servers, or have actively participated in the community to be recognized as a member. Your access may be revoked at any time for violations of community rules.

All members are expected to behave respectfully towards others. Harassment, discrimination, cheating, exploiting, or any form of toxic behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from the community and its services.

We collect Discord and Steam account information (username, avatar, ID, statistics, etc.) solely for the purpose of providing our services. This data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties. By using our services, you consent to this data being stored and displayed within the community. Members can view their collected data at any time through their profile page. Any member may request the complete deletion of their data by contacting the staff team directly via the Discord server. Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

V-KORP operates game servers with specific rules. Cheating, exploiting, griefing, or any behavior deemed unfair, harmful, toxic, or detrimental by the staff team may result in a ban from both the game servers and the community. All in-game decisions made by staff are final.

V-Koins are a virtual in-game currency with no real monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred between accounts. V-KORP reserves the right to modify, reset, or remove V-Koins at any time without prior notice.

V-KORP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our services and participate in the V-KORP community, in accordance with Discord's Terms of Service. By accessing our services, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. Users under 18 are encouraged to have parental awareness of their participation in the community.

All content created by and for V-KORP — including but not limited to logos, graphics, designs, text, bot features, server configurations, service code, and community assets — is the exclusive property of V-KORP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This applies to all V-KORP services including, but not limited to, websites, the Discord server, game servers, and any associated bots or tools. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any V-KORP assets without prior written permission from the administration. Third-party assets (game titles, Discord, Steam) remain the property of their respective owners.

V-KORP reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any member from our services and community without prior notice in the event of a violation of these Terms of Use, community rules, or any behavior deemed harmful to the community. Banned members forfeit all accumulated V-Koins, perks, and shop purchases. Termination decisions made by the administration are final and non-appealable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

V-KORP operates a shop where members may purchase cosmetic perks, VIP roles, or other community benefits. All purchases are voluntary donations made to support server costs and development. As a non-profit community, all funds collected are used exclusively for infrastructure, hosting, and community events. No profit is generated from these transactions. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

V-KORP is a non-profit gaming community managed by volunteers. We do not operate for financial gain. Any revenue generated through donations or shop purchases is reinvested entirely into the community to cover server costs, licenses, and events. No individual member or administrator benefits financially from the operation of V-KORP.

V-KORP services are provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. V-KORP is not responsible for any loss of data or damages resulting from the use of our services.
